This is one of the cleanest isolates on the market!
ISO Whey Zero is a popular whey protein isolate powder from the Hungarian based company, Biotech USA. It doesn’t have quite the following or popularity that other isolates such as ON Gold Standard Isolate or EHP Isopept have, but it’s certainly in the same league as them.
I’ve been consuming ISO Whey Zero regularly over the last 6 months and I’d be pretty confident in saying it’s now made its way into my top 3 list. Especially the amazing white chocolate flavour.
ISO Whey Zero Nutritional Information

At 85.6% protein per serve it sits pretty much in line with the 85-65% average for many comparable products available within Australia.

Mixability Of ISO Whey Zero
How well does it mix?
I love that this has become such a sought after answer for so many protein powders. After all, how well a powder mixes with water or milk determines how enjoyable they are to drink. Even though everyone has their own preference, it’s still worth looking at.
From my experience, ISO Whey Zero is one of the best when it comes to mixability. I’m probably a good case study for this too, since I like a really rich flavour. So I usually mix 2 scoops with about 180ml of water in a shaker and, without a shaker ball, it mixes perfectly with just a few solid shakes.
This has been the case for each of the flavours I’ve tried which includes white chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, vanilla-cinnamon roll and chocolate.
And if you’re wondering, it also mixes really well in a bowl of hot oats.
Available Flavours
At the time of writing this, ISO Whey Zero is available in 17 flavours, although the few suppliers in Australia who stock them only seem to carry 8-10 of the flavours. So, with all of these choices, there should be something for everyone.
Here’s the full list of flavours:
- Vanilla
- Chocolate
- White Chocolate
- Strawberry
- Pineapple-Mango
- Banana
- Tiramisu
- Lemon Cheesecake
- Apricot Yoghurt
- Cookies & Cream
- Hazelnut
- Pistachio
- Chocolate-Toffee
- Vanilla Cinnamon Roll
- Berry Brownie
- Salted Caramel
- Black Biscuit
Personally, white chocolate is my favourite, closely followed by vanilla cinnamon roll. I wouldn’t say that it’s a super close match to the taste of white chocolate, but it does have a really creamy texture and the sweetness of white chocolate.
Package Sizes
I love that ISO Whey Zero is available in a handful of different sizes. It makes it easy to give multiple flavours a try without having to commit to a large tub.
The 2 primary sizes are:
– 36 serves / 908g
– 90 serves / 2.27kg
Additionally, some retailers do also stock the smaller 500g trial size which will give you about 20 servings. This is the perfect size for trying each of the different flavours to find which one you like the most.
